Lies at Work

If we follow the rules of an ethereally superhonest worker, then, certainly, even little white lies at work is unacceptable. If we look around and think of your each and every colleague or subordinate, you probably won't find anyone who you could call superhonest worker. The conclusion is obvious – deception at work is a quite undesirable but very common notion.

Little white lies at work are not too horrible, as long as they are not hot on the heels... Otherwise, it will be quite unpleasant to get caught even performing innocently devious lies for it may form considerably negative impression on you in your colleagues' perception.

Needless to say that blatant lies are intolerable at work, especially if you are suicidal enough to direct it at your boss... If you occasionally deceive your hypercurious colleagues regarding your family or personal things just because the truth is not of their business, the situation can even be characterized as quite fair.

Self-deception regarding professional issues is undesirable, one gotta be especially sensible and realistic in this field just to be able to reach professional success one sweet day – preferably sooner than later.
